It’s the ability to recognize how our sensory and cognitive inputs shape the state of our nervous system, and how to intentionally shift those inputs to create positive change — improving regulation, performance, behavior, and overall well-being.
In our sessions, I’ll guide you in gently repatterning your nervous system so that automatic responseslike anxiety, over- or under-functioning, self-sabotage, depression, people-pleasing, and other protective coping strategies no longer dominate when you’re faced with stress, change, loss, or grief.
Together, we’ll work toward restoring balance, flexibility, and a deep sense of safety within your body and mind.
